The answer is C. The program prints:
[11, 16, 17, 27, 33, 49]

Why?
sort() puts the list in order, smallest first. It changes the list itself.
The code again
scores = [16, 33, 27, 49, 11, 17]
scores.sort()
print(scores)
Try it: change one number in the program and predict the new output before you run it.
